Terminology

“Company” refers to (1) Code Sport I/O, which is a branded website and teaching curriculum owned and operated by Living Wholesome LLC and to (2) Living Wholesome LLC, the owner of Code Sport I/O.

An “Event” is any Test Drive, Single Class, Learning Track, Course, Open House, or Demo Day offered by the Company.

Courses and Learning Tracks consist of multiple classes. Open Houses and Demo Days consist of one, single class. “Student” and “you” is the individual who registers for an Event.

Code Sport Refund Policy

Scenario 1: When an Event is Cancelled or Rescheduled by the Company

If the Company either cancels or reschedules an event before its start date, you have the option to receive a full refund or have your payment credited towards the rescheduled event. Once a event begins, refunds are only offered for the pro-rated, remaining number of classes of an event.

While the Company makes every effort to deliver classes as scheduled, the Company reserves the right to reschedule previously confirmed classes for a variety of reasons including but not exclusively, the illness of a member of our teaching staff. In such cases, the Company will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible of the new training dates. The Company is not liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of course cancellations or rescheduling.

When the Company Cancels Your Registration Due to Overbooking

Our classes are limited to 10 students and may become overbooked in some cases. If the Company is unable to accommodate your registration, you will be notified by phone and email and you will receive a full refund. By registering for an Event, you agree that the Company will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of course overbooking.

Scenario 2: Within 48 Hours of Course Registration

Full refunds are offered to registrants who cancel withing 48-hours of registration. Cancellation notices should be sent to

Scenario 3: When You are Unable to Attend

Full Refunds will only be provided to Early Bird registrants. Early Bird registrants are eligible for full refunds up to the final day of the Early Bird registration period.

“Group” and “Regular Price” registrants who are unable to attend are eligible to have their payment credited towards a future event OR transfer their registration to another person.

To receive a course credit or to transfer your registration, you must notify the Company of your intentions by email at least 7 days prior to start of the event you are unable to attend. Course credits will expire 3 months after the start-date of the event you are unable to attend. If you transfer your registration to another person, the Company must receive an email (via enrollment (a t) codesport.io) from you and the transferee with their:

1. Full name
2. Phone number
3. Mailing address
4. Email address

Other than Class 1, No Refunds During or After an Event Begins

Refunds are only offered for Class 1. Otherwise, no refunds will be provided once an Event begins or after Event completion. Additionally, the Company does not offer credits or refunds for student no-shows or student cancellations. If you would like to sample one of the Company’s classes you may attend an Open House or Demo Day event.
